The Mindful Self-Compassion curriculum is innovative and transformative. We can prepare organizations and agencies to be sustainable in developing the skills of mindfulness in just 6-weeks of training. We will meet for 6 weeks, 2.5 hours/week. Training sessions include both educational and experiential learning. Sessions are interactive and help deepen both self-reflection and group connection.
